RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SmartLink Products

We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. We offer a limited 1 year guarantee on our SmartLink ID Tags. - Normal wear and tear of the band is not included. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased from FindPetOwner.com, we will accept returns within 5 business days if the following conditions are met.

Conditions

  1. All items must be unworn or unused and in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. All pet hair must be removed.
  2. We cannot accept returns for products that are sent back damaged or not in re-saleable condition.
  3. Promotional gifts must be returned with your order. Failure to return promotional gift items will result in their total price to not be included in the refund.
  4. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during return shipment. Please use a trackable carrier.
  5. Original shipping charges non-refundable.
  6. Shipping costs or if your item(s) qualified for the Free Shipping promotion, understand that outbound postage will not be included in the refund.
  7. Due to the nature of customized or edible products, no return or refund is available.

A 15 % Restocking fee may apply if

  • An item was return used
  • An item is no longer needed or wanted

A restocking fee may be deducted separately from the outbound fee. Returns will be credited to original payment method used.

Return Process

To return a product please email us at contact@FindPetOwner.com and provide us with your contact information and a brief description on why you want to return the product. We will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return your product if the conditions are met.

  • Returns sent back without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
  • Refunds of shipping costs will only be issued if the shipment is a result of our error.
  • Please do not return items to the manufacturer.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days from merchandise receipt for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund. This time frame varies by bank.
  • Original shipping charges non-refundable.
  • Shipping costs or if your item(s) qualified for the Free Shipping promotion, understand that outbound postage will not be included in the refund.
  • Due to the nature of customized or edible products, no return or refund is available.
