Prior to setting an account and using this site, carefully read the following terms and conditions (“terms” or “agreement”). These terms and conditions govern your access and use of this site. Access to this site and its service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or its service. Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in termination of your Find Pet Owner access and its service.

Find Pet Owner is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users, especially children. For this reason, children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the service without adult or legal guardian supervision. The services at Find Pet Owner are designed to appeal to a broad audience. As the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether or not any of the services and content (defined below) is appropriate for your child. No one under 13 will be allowed to use the site.

Find Pet Owner and its licensors disclaim to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. Find Pet Owner and its licensors disclaim any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the services. Find Pet Owner and its licensors disclaim any warranties for any information or advice obtained through the services. Find Pet Owner and its licensors disclaim any warranties for services or goods received through or advertised on the services or received through any links provided by the services.
You understand and agree that you download or obtain material or data through the use of the services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.

This limitation shall also apply with respect to damages incurred by reason of other services or goods received through or advertised on the services or received through any links provided in the services as well as by reason of any information or advice received through or advertised on the services or received through any links provided in the services. This limitation shall also apply to the costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data. Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances, shall Find Pet Owner or its affiliates, partners, advertisers, or licensors be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control including Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
The services are controlled and operated by Find Pet Owner from the United States and is not intended to subject Find Pet Owner to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than that of the United States. Find Pet Owner does not represent or warrant that the services or any part thereof is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the service do so on their own initiative and at their own risk and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules, and regulations. We may limit the services’ availability, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we choose at any time and in our sole discretion.
These terms shall remain effective until terminated as set forth herein. We may immediately terminate these terms, and/or your access to the use of the services or any portion of them at any time and for any reason including if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these terms. Upon termination of these terms your right to access and/or use the services will immediately cease. You agree that any termination of your access to or use of the services may be effected without prior notice and that we may immediately deactivate or delete your password and user name and all related information and files associated with it, including all Content submissions, and/or bar any further access to such information or files. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regards to its principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any State or Federal court located in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States of America, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. If any provision of these Terms or the application to any person, place, or circumstance shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable. Such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, or, if incapable of such enforcement, shall be deemed to be deleted from these terms and the remainder of these terms and provisions as applied to other persons, places, and circumstances shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver by either party of any breach or default here under shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default nor shall any delay or omission on the part of either party to exercise or avail itself of any right or remedy that it has or may have here under operate as a waiver of any right or remedy. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements between us with respect to such subject matter. These terms are not assignable, transferable, or sub license able by you except with our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and delegate our duties here under without your consent.
