Returns/Exchanges
- If the item is returned or exchanged due to the wrongful selection at time of ordering, the customer is then responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
- If you have a defective product FindPetOwner.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return and will cover all shipping charges. The merchandise will be replaced with the same item.
- If you have a damaged product, FindPetOwner.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return and will cover all shipping charges. If you do not contact Customer Care within 5 days, you are responsible for all shipping charges. All damaged merchandise will then be replaced promptly.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the SmartLink products you purchased from FindPetOwner.com, we will accept returns within 5 business days. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during return shipment. Please use a trackable carrier. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
- Refunds for shipping cost will only be issued if the shipment is a result of our error.
